This stunning, luxury refurbishment of a former carpenter’s workshop in the heart of Borough, London included two apartments. The second a three-bedroom apartment over two floors with a roof terrace. Following a basic builders fit out, the units were lacking warmth and character that the building deserved.

We were approached by the new owners who were looking to rent out the apartments as high-end corporate lets. They had a strict budget and timeline to complete all works.

Taking inspiration from the buzzing city location and industrial character of the building we designed each unit independently. The three bed was to have flexibility for family in mind with luxury sofa beds in the additional bedrooms and workstations. Bespoke fitted wardrobes were installed with a range of storage options in each room and well as new bespoke blackout blinds and curtains.

Elegant porcelain tiling was used in all bathrooms and ensuites as well as high end sanitaryware from Duravit and Hansgrohe.

We sourced and styled the furniture and accessories to suit the clients discerning market and worked with a professional photographer on marketing photos to ensure the best ROI for the client.
