This Fulham apartment was a lovely project to work on. Although the property did not have high ceilings, it benefited from a beautiful rear extension.

The brief was to maximise the use of space with stylish touches and increase appeal in the private rental market. The target tenants were young professionals.

With space at a premium, we decided to introduce an island to divide the kitchen and create a bespoke dining area perfect for entertaining. It was complete with a large rustic table and fitted bench seating.

For the living room, we created a bespoke library/TV unit in an industrial style that complimented the concrete kitchen counter and the rustic style of the seating area. A large chesterfield sofa in the lounge added that soft element needed in the space with a touch of heritage. The rest of the bedrooms were design to be practical and hard wearing. From built in wardrobes to bespoke rustic wooden headboards that extend up the wall and turn back on the ceiling, all details added a luxury touch to this rental property.

Our clients were very happy with the results. Even more so when the property was rented as soon it went on the market.
