For the renovation of this beautiful two bedroom, late Victorian apartment, the brief was simple. To create an elegant scheme that reflected the creative style of our client, showcasing his eclectic artwork and vintage pieces. We were keen to restore the original character of the property whilst maximising the use of space for modern city living.

Hall Villar produced full construction plans, optimising the layout to create much needed storage options for our client. Along with a full interior design pack, we assisted with the design and specification of furniture, finishes and all bespoke joinery.
